JJ Barton - Owner/ Operator
JJ Barton is the owner and operator of Build-All Resources, bringing over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. With a background that spans roles from Vice President of Development at Fosters Home, Production Manager at Capri Camper, to Security Manager at LJT for 20 years, JJ’s extensive career has shaped his deep knowledge of construction, management, and business operations.
A proud graduate of Stephenville High School and Tarleton State University, JJ’s passion for construction and project management has been the driving force behind the creation and success of Build-All Resources. His commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship is matched by his belief in the importance of teamwork and integrity.
Outside of work, JJ enjoys spending time with his wife, Lacy, and their three children, Sharaya, Tanner, Lana, two of whom are involved in the company. JJ also loves traveling, camping, and sharing his passion for coffee—though he admits that David might be the bigger coffee enthusiast of the two.
JJ’s passion for the company stems from the challenge and satisfaction of building new homes and remodeling projects. He believes, as Walt Disney once said, "When we go into that new project, we believe in it all the way. We have confidence in our ability to do it right." Looking ahead, JJ envisions the company growing into a multi-city operation, expanding its reach while continuing to uphold the values of excellence and craftsmanship.
David Perez - Owner/ Operator
David Perez is the owner and operator. With over 20 years of experience in various industries, David's background spans painting, tape and bed work, welding, and college pastor, offering a broad range of skills and insights.
A graduate of Stephenville High School, David's career journey has been driven by a passion for building both homes and a supportive workplace. He is deeply committed to offering a space where employees can thrive and make a living, while also improving the homes of their clients.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Brenda, and their two children, Joel and Gums. He has a personal interest in collecting watches and pens and is an avid coffee enthusiast. David also loves to spend time outdoors camping with his family.
David’s passion for Build-All Resources is to create a meaningful and enjoyable environment for his team, which allows Build-All to establish lasting improvements to their properties. Looking ahead, he is excited about the potential to expand the company into other cities and continue providing exceptional service to even more communities.
